Heya !!!
Here's the answer for which you are looking for !!!

A no - confidence motion is passed in the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha to remove the Prime Minister Council of Ministers chief justice Election Commissioner etc.

It has to be passed to the two third clear majority in both the houses.

If a no - confidence motion is passed in the Legislature gainst the Prime Minister, then the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers are forced to resign from the duties and if it is passed against the election commissioner or the chief justice they too have to resign within a specific period of time.

No confidence motion is very rarely passed in a cabinet. It is never passed in India.

It is the only way to remove the Prime Minister, Election Commissioner, Chief Justice from their job before their elected period as they are appointed by the President.
