Taxonomy (The filing system of life) is the study of organism and classifying them in groups on the basic of their characteristics.
It classifies the organism into Kingdom, Class, Order, Genus, Species.
Nomenclature is the rule or act of giving an organism a name. It is generally latin in origin and in biology we follow Binomial Nomenclature i.e. dividing the name into two parts- Genus species.
While writing the scientific name,
The genus should start with a capital letter and the whole name should be either underlined (while handwritten) or italic.
Example: Panthera leo (Lion)
Homo sapien (human)
Mangifera indica (Mango)
[I could not underline or italicise it because Brainly does not perovide the option]

TAXONOMY: it deals with the description, identification, classification and scientific naming of living organisms according to their similarities and dissimilarities...
NOMENCLATURE: Linnaeus gave each specie a scientific name comprising two words_ first name refers to the genus and is called generic name and always begin with a capital letter_second name is the specie name and begins with a small letter..every scientific name is written in italic or it is underlined this is known as "binomial nomenclature".
