Partnership - According to ' Section 4 ' Indian Partnership Act 1932 . Partnership is a relation between two or more people who starts the business to earn profit .



Features of Partnership :-

1. More than one person is involved .

2. It needs minimum two person because a single individual cannot be his/her own partner .

3. In partnership number of partners cannot be more than fifty .
