Pasteurization was brought to this world by a French chemist Louis Pasteur in the nineteenth century. Louis Pasteur discovered that heating milk to a hot temperature then quickly cooling it before bottling or packaging it may give it a longer life for an extended time. Louis Pasteur invented it.
