There are two types of pollination:
- Self-Pollination
- Cross-Pollination

Pollination - The process of transfer of pollen from anther to stigma is called pollination.
1. Self- pollination - It is transfer of pollen grains from the anther to the stigma of the same flower.
Ex - oxalis, arachis etc.
2. Cross - pollination - It is the transfer of pollen grains from the anther of one plant to the stigma of another flower of another plant but of same species.
Ex - hemp, China rose etc.
