Electric Power is the Rate Of Electrical Energy flowed per Unit Time.

SI Unit Of Electric Energy is Joules and the Commercial Unit is kilowatt-hour.

power =  \frac{energy}{time}

400w =  \frac{energy}{2}

energy = 400 \times 2
Energy = 800Joules
