prejudice is judging without knowing the full picture , example u saw someone who reads something and conclude that that person is a nerd while he or she can be the jock or a popular person however sometimes it can be harmful as the wrong type of judging can break the person that is being judged

Human beings often are prejudiced against certain culture, group of people, individuals, values, etc. distant proof difficult for effective communication. For example, if employees or a group of employees are convinced that their boss is always going to exploit them it will become very difficult to handle their grievances, announce measures for employee benefits, and also function as a business.

One should be aware of the receiver prejudices if they want to be able to send across their message effectively. In fact, one should first try to remove those prejudices so that a positive environment for any effective channel of communication can be set up.
