A query is one of the most important features that MS Access provides. Using a query, you can search or compile data from one or more tables in a database giving specific search conditions so that you can be able to view the exact data that you want. You can then review, add, change or delete data from your database. MS Access allows you to create a build a query and save it in the database, so that you can run it multiple times. The commands to create a query are in the Queries group of buttons on the create tab. You can create a query either using Query Wizard or Query Design option.
