The number in the form of p/q is called rational number where p and q are integers and q is not equal to zero..

EXPLAINING :-

rational number is any number that can be expressed as the quotientor fraction p/q of two integers, a numerator pand a non-zero denominator q . Since q may be equal to 1, every integer is a rational number. The set of all rational numbers, often referred to as "the rationals", the field of rationals or the field of rational numbers.

For example :- 1/2, 2/3, 10/11, 99/100

but not. 1/0, 2/0 3/0, 10/0, 100/0

but yeah 0/1, 0/2, 0/3

and many more...
