Answer :- P = 1 - ( SF * RD )

Permeability (P) -  The % of  space which lies below the margin line which is occupied by water.

Stowage factor (SF) -  Volume occupied by unit weight of cargo.

Relative Density (RD) -   Deck load capacity of cargo space areas of the ship
