The difference between the potential energy of the actual structure and that of the contributing structure with the lowest potential energy is called the resonance force or delocalization energy

Hiii.........
When the force applied on a body produces vibrations called forced vibrations and if the frequency of these vibrations produced is equal to the natural frequency of the body in which force is applied then the body starts vibrating with large amplitude.
The energy released during these vibrations is actually called as resonance energy.
