All the things which satisfy our needs which are technologically accessible known as resources.
Example:- Air, water etc.
The definition of a resource is something that is ready to use if or when it is needed.
resources are naturally occuring materials that satisfy human needs.
there are two types of resources,
*renewable
*non renewable.
renewable:
it can be inexhaustable.
i.e -it never gets over .it is imortal. we can use it any time in any quantities.
ex. sun(solar power) ,wind etc.
it is eco -friendly often.
non-renewable :
it is exhaustable.i.e -it will be over anytime.
ex -coal ,petroleum etc.
it is often polluting too.
properties:
-> they occur naturally.
->they can be accesed by many means.
->they can be eco friendly as well as polluting.
