hi friends
The act of inhalation and breathing is called Respiration
There are 2 types of respiration
1. aerobic respiration
2. anaerobic respiration
respiration occurs in 3 phases :
1. glycolysis
2. citric acid cycle
3. oxidative phosphorylation.
Respiration is the biochemical process in which the cells of an organism obtain energy by combining oxygen and glucose, resulting in the release of carbon dioxide, water, and ATP the currency of energy in cells.
thankyou
