changes which repeat themselves at regular intervaks of time are called periodic changes.


e.g. day and night, revolution of earth. etc


changes whuch are not repeated at regular intervals of time are called non periodic changes.they can happen suddenly.



e.g. eartgquakes, volcanic eruptions. etc.
