Reynolds number is a constant whose value determine whether a flow of water is turbulent or streamlined.
it is a dimensionless parameter .
if Re > 3000 , the liquid flow is turbulent
if 0 < Re < 2000 the flow is streamlined
if 2000 < Re < 3000 the flow is unstable.
