the term rolling friction refer to resistance created by an object rolling over the surface

static friction is a force that keep an object at rest☺️☺️☺️

When one body role over the surface of another body the resistance to its motion is called rolling friction.
Static friction is the friction that exists between a stationary object and the surface on which it's resting.
