The S.I unit of resistance is ohm,if the potential difference across the two ends of a conductor is 1 volt and the current through it is 1 Ampere Then the resistance of the conductor is 1 ohm.
If All the three resistors are connected in parallel then the equivalent resistance would be 1 ohm .
And to get the equivalent resistance as 4 ohm ,the resistors of 3 and 6 ohm should be connected in parallel and then in series with the 2 ohm resistor.
