Define seed drying and explain.

Removal or elimination of moisture from the seed to the required level is called seed drying. If you have kept the seed in exposure to a dry atmosphere (less humidity) due to exosmosis the water from seed (higher conc.) Moves out into the atmosphere (low conc. Of water) . This causes a seed to dry.
