during sexual reproduction a male and female gamete will merge together to form a new organism the the two haploid cell will fuse together to form a diploid cell Called a zygote

We are familiar with modes of reproduction that depends on the envolvement of two individuals before a new generation can be created.
There are two types of reproduction.. in sexual reproduction.....
1. reproduction in flowering plants - The reproductive parts of angiosperms are located in the flower in the different parts like - sepals, petals, stamens and carpels . Stamen and carples are the reproductive parts of flower which contain the germ cells.
The flower may be unisexual (papaya, watermelon) when it contain either stamens or carpels or bisexual ( hibiscus, mustard) when it contains both stamen and carpels.
Reproduction in human beings....
The interpose of sperm and ovum present in the male and female body after that baby will develop in 9 months in the uterus.
