Snell law states that the ratio of sine of angle of incidence to the ratio of sine of angle of reflection is always a constant.

( sin /_i ) / ( sin /_r ) = constant

Here, constant = refractive index

Snell's law states that sin i/sin r=constant

here

i=angle of incidence

r=angle of refraction

constant=refractive index

Snell's law is also considered as the second law of refraction

hope it helps u
