Speciation:
The process by which new species is developed from existing species.
Homologous Organ :
Organ similar in structure nd origin but different in function.
Analogous Organ:
Organ similar in function but different in structure nd origin .
Fossils :
It are the remain dead organisms preserved in sedimentary rock tht lived in the remote past.
Human Evolution:
Changes nd changes of a single species i.e Homo sapiens over the time period.

Speciation: Well in simple, it involves origin of new species from pre existing species . 

Homologous organs: It means having same structure and origin but performs different function. Example: The arm of a human, the wing of a bird or a bat, the leg of a dog 

Analogous organs: These are the opposite of homologous organs. It performs same function but different structure. Example:  Birds and insects

Fossils: These are the dead remains of past animals. It  is any remains, impression, or trace of a living thing of a former geologic age, as a skeleton, footprint, etc.

Human evolution: Its there in the word evolution...Human evolution refers to the changes that human beings have undergone over long periods of time to give rise to present day humans.
