Life itself constitutes a separate sphere called ‘biosphere’. The biosphere is all about life. The term 'biosphere' is used to describe our living world. It includes all of the microbes, plants, and animals. The biosphere extends to the upper areas of the atmosphere where birds and insects can be found. The biosphere extends to any place that life of any kind might exist.

In the four realms of the earth, Biosphere is also a realm.

Biosphere is a realm consisting of all life, including micro-organisms.

The above statement also tells that life on earth is far more so it has a separate realm.

hope helped!
