Definition :

"Temperature Coefficient of Resistance of a conductor is the increase in the increase in resistance per original resistance per °c rise in temperature "

Units are :  Per °c

Short note on Temperature Coefficient of Resistance:

(i) "Factor by which the resistance of the object changes when changing its temperature" is defined as TCR.

(ii) It is expressed in terms of ohms/ohm°C.

(iii) The temperature coefficient of resistance of material is always changes with temperature.

Hope it helps!
