In a spreadsheet the box you are writing in or any other box can be located by using the cell reference. The cell reference is calculated by taking the values of the 2 axes (In excel one axis has a letter while the other has a number) eg. A1, B5, G7 etc.
A cell reference consists of the column letter and row number that intersect at the cell's location
