Steps to apply this feature on slides
Step 1 - Click on the Slide Show tab .
Step 2- From the Set Up group, select Rehearse Timings options. Slide Show will start on full screen with a Recording Toolbar displayed on the top left corner of the screen.
Step 3- When we are ready to move the next object on the slide or to the slide in the show just click on the Next Button on the Recording Toolbar.
Step 4- When we reach to the end press the Esc key to end the show. A dialog box will appear on the screen.
Step 5- If we are satisfied with the with the timings, click Yes else click No and rehearse the show again with new timings.
