(b)The temperature at which a solid substances fuses or melts is called melting point.

a)latent heat of fusion is the heat energy required to change 1 kg of solid into a liquid at atmostphric pressure at its melting point
b) the temp. at which a solid melts to become liquid at atmostpheric pressure is called its melting point
c) conversion of the solid state into the liquid state in the pressence of diffrent variables such as temperature ,pressure etc. is known as fusion
