Protoplasm: the colorless material comprising the living part of the cell, including the cytoplasm,nucleus,and other organelles.

Cytoplasm: the material or protoplasm with in a living cell, excluding the nucleus.

Nucleoplasm: the nucleoplasm is one of the types of protoplasm,and it is enveloped by the nuclear membrane.The nucleoplasm includes the chromosomes and nucleolus.

Cytoplasm can be defined as the fluid that fills the cells and comprises of cytosol and the cellular organelles. The cytoskeleton protein filaments, ions, macromolecules and water make up the cytosol. In the cytosol, the organelles are present. Cytosol and the organelles together are referred to as cytoplasm. The description of cytoplasm does not include the nucleoplasm contained in the nucleus. For that, the term protoplasm is used. So, protoplasm is cytoplasm and the nucleus.
