When arteries reach an organ ,they divided into very thin branches that spread throughout that organ to ensure delivery of pure blood to each cells of that organ.

these are very thin walled blood vessels that connect arteries to veins. the walls of capillaries are so thin that the diffusion of gases and chemical substances take place very easily. capillaries helps to distribute oxygenated blood from arteries to organs and feed deoxygenate blood from organs to veins.
