Dear Student,

● Dihybrid cross -

  • Dihybrid cross is a cross between two different lines/genes that differ in two observed traits.
  • Phenotypic ratio of dihybrid cross is 9 : 3 : 3 : 1.
  • Genotypic ratio of dihybrid cross is 1 : 2 : 1 : 2 : 4 : 2 : 1 : 2 : 1.
  • For example, cross between plant with round yellow seeds and plant with wrinkled green seeds. i.e. RRYY × rryy.

Thanks dear. Hope this helps you clear the doubt...
