HEY MATE...!!!✌
To understand the concept of uniform acceleration we need to understand the concept of Acceleration first.
➤ Acceleration
- Acceleration is the rate of change of velocity with time.
- It is defined as change of velocity of body per unit time.
- SI unit of acceleration is m/s²
- It is Vector Quantity.
- Acceleration = Change in velocity / time
= Final velocity - Initial velocity / time
= v - u / t
➤ Types of Acceleration
1. Uniform Acceleration
- If the velocity changes in equal amounts in equal time of intervals and the object travels in a straight line than the uniform acceleration take place.
- Example - A ball rolling down a slope.
2. Non-uniform Acceleration
- If the velocity changes in an equal amount in unequal intervals of time and object travels in straight line then non uniform acceleration take place.
- Example - f a car covers 10 meters in first two seconds, and 15 meters in next two seconds.

-: Additional Information :-
-----------------------------------------
➪ Zero Acceleration :-
- If the change in velocity is zero that is either object is at rest or moving with uniform velocity than zero acceleration will take place.
➪ Positive Acceleration :-
- When velocity of a body increases then positive acceleration take place.
- i.e v>u
➪ Negative Acceleration :-
- When velocity of a body decreases the negative acceleration take place.
- It is in the opposite direction of velocity.
- i.e v<u
