EXPLANATION:

• A planet can be said as unique when it has that one feature or characteristic which is not known to be associated with any other planet; for earth that unique feature is the ability to support life, which is not true for other planets in our solar system.
• The earth is present at right distance from sun, that is it is neither too close so, that temperature could be high nor too far away from the sun so, that temperature can be low. Due to this and due to presence of an atmosphere, life on earth is supported and it has flourished for millions of years. Hence, earth is called as "unique planet".
