1. A general election is a political voting election where generally all or most members of a given political body are chosen.
An election to choose a new Member of Parliament for a particular town or area (a constituency). is called By-elections.
4. (i) The British government gave many large European trading firms the sole right to trade in the forest products of particular areas.
(ii) Grazing and hunting by the local people were restricted.
(iii) In this process, many pastoralists and nomadic communities lost their livelihoods.

Even though Hitler had many flaws, he respected women. He saw women as the most important people of the family and has done many policies for the welfare of women. Hitler hailed women as "the most important citizen" in his Germany. But we should keep in mind that these were only for Aryan women and pure-blooded Aryan girls. He asked them to consume a lot, but only German products. He also said that the sole purpose of women was to mother good kids who can be a good asset to the society. Due to this policy, working women were forced to resign work and stay at home. They weren’t even called to work at the times of crisis and war.
