Velocity
The displacement travelled by body per unit time is known as velocity.
In other words, Rate of change in displacement is known as Velocity.
Types :
- Uniform Velocity
A body is a said to be moving in uniform velocity if it covers equal displacement in equal in intervals of time.
- Non Uniform Velocity
A body is a said to be moving in Non uniform velocity if it covers unequal displacement in equal in intervals of time.
- Average Velocity
It is defined as the ratio of total displacement covered by the body by total time taken by the body.
- Instantaneous Velocity
The velocity of body at any instant of time is known as instantaneous velocity.
