Uniform circular motion is accelerated because the velocity changes due to continuous change in the direction of motion. So, even when the body moves ta a constant speed, its velocity is not constant. Thus, for a body moving in a circular path at a constant speed, its velocity changes continuously.

In a circular motion when the body comes back to the original position then the displacement of the body is shortest distance between the final and the initial position of object.

So the displacement is zero.
