the journey of Water from the oceans to the atmosphere and back to the ocean

the heat of the sun make water evaporate from the ocean, the river, the lakes etc. the plants also add up water by transpiration. the warm and light water vapor rise up in the atmosphere. on higher altitude condenses take place on further cooling of the clouds, which causes rain. the rain comes down to the earth due to force of gravity
