Restrictions may be put on the right to freedom of speech & expression in the interest of sovereignty , integrity and security of India , friendly relations with foreign states
Right to form association or unions may have restrictions in the interest of sovereignty and integrity of India or public order or morality .
The state is also permitted to lay down the professional or technical qualification necessary for practising any profession or carry on any occupation trade or business
