1) Isotops:-
the atoms of a chemical element can exist in different types. These are called isotopes.
2) Isobars:-
isobar are atoms (nuclides)of different chemical element that have the same number of nucleons.correspondingly, isobars different atomic number(aur number of protons)but have the same mass number.
3) Sub-atomic particles:-
any of various particles of matter that are smaller data hydrogen atom.protons electrons and neutrons are sub atomic particles as are all hedrons and leptons.

ISOTOPES :
Atoms of same element having same atomic number and different mass number is known as isotopes.
EG. : protium , duetrium , tritium
ISOBARS:
Atomic number is different but mass number is same, is known as isobars.
EG. : 6C14 , 7N14
SUB ATOMIC PARTICLES :
The microscopic particles that are present along or inside the nucleus are sub atomic particles.
EG. : protons, electrons , neutrons
