Hello mate.

Thanks for asking this question.

your answer is =>

During the time of copulation , the male parent contributes his Sperms inside the vagina of Female parent.

During this copulation , the Egg cells of female i.e. ova of female gets dispatched towards the AMPULLA region of the Fallopian tube.

in this region , the male gametes i.e. sperms (haploid) and female gametes i.e. ova ( haploid) fuse with each other.

This process is called as Fertilization.
as a result of fertilization , the sperm and ovum combine with each other to form a cell mass which is called as =>

 \huge\bf{ZYGOTE}

The zygote is hence a combination of haploid gametes , being DIPLOID in nature.
