SLA or service level agreement is a contract signed between a service provider and the customer.
You can find certain rules and regulations in the SLA and if you set a parameter at 98.5% for taking appropriate actions to avoid penalty risk if it goes below 98% in the agreement that means if the customer violate the agreement and the product has been damaged above 98% then the company shall not responsible to provide any warranty on the aforesaid products.
