Deforestation may lead flood because trees had a tendebcy to hold water by their roots and absorb it. If there would be no trees then water will not by bounded in any medium and it would cause flood

deforestation may lead flood becoz in deforestation trees has been cut and trees hold the soil by their root and prevents the soil erosion and flood but due to deforestation tree cut and laed to flood
