Their co-ordinates are different.
Delhi situates much higher than Mumbai.
It is just near Kashmir and has different landscapes.
Mumbai is near a sea which makes it Hot and Humid.
But Delhi is much cooler and snow falls during winter.
This makes the both city’s temperatures different than each other.
