Delhi has shorter days in winter than in summer. How does this affect the weather?

The length of the day is techinically the same, but the sun does set earlier in winter.the Earth is tilted and as it rotates around the sun we have seasonal changes. During the summer months (we assume summer for the northern hemisphere) the tilt is away from the sun and therefore because of the tilt the southern hemisphere has more daylight. Take a orange put a pencil through it and using a light.

as we know that Delhi is the mega city and it is fully affected by pollution. according to the survay the pollution meter shows in Delhi is 200+ APA.(apa) is the unit in which pollution is measure) and this amount is very high and cause disease in human .
in winter the day is short because in a day everywhere smog is seen.
smog is the mixture of smoke and fog . and that's why in winter the day seems like evening
