Is mosquito net a filter? If yes, how?

A mosquito net is a filter.  It has small holes in between fibre or cotton threads or  fibre strands.

It allows air to pass through and does not allow insects and mosquitos, which are bigger than the sizes of holes in the net, to pass through the net.

     the mosquito net can be consired  as filter because it only allows the air inside but dont allows the mosquitoes or any other insects into it
