This statement seems to have been made by a
person with his nose out of joint. And who decides how good we are? There are good people in the world who don't really care about government.
Does that mean they deserve the very worst form of government there is? Actually when you are talking about other types of government it probably serves the citizen well not to be concerned about what the government does. Democracy is the only form of government where it makes a difference
what citizens think about their government and act accordingly.
