Democracy is the rule of majority. In India the majority is poor? Then why the majority poor is not ruling?

india is a democratic country . here the elections are done by voting. some people in divided the country into two groups (rich and poor). because of the hunger and greediness of some people the country is still have poors. the poor doesn't have ways to convey their problems with government. the hunger of many people took poors at margin and thus they can't rule Ur country.

Such majoritarianism is not befitting a great nation. It is time India reconsider its system of government based on unfettered majority rule.
