"Democracy means delay in decision making". What would you prefer: the quick decision of a dictator or slow decision of democracy? what values do you think inculcate from the above statement?

In my opinion slow decision aee good and I wilk prefer that one as jn a slow decisions every peolle think deelly about the matter and take the decisions which are right but in a quick decision of a diatator the decisions are not good as they are taken in a fast way without thjnking of the result.. and also jn a democracy a lot of people are involved in making decisions which give the correct one but in dictatorshop only one person takes decisikns whuch is not good for people as only one prrson don't know all the wishes of the people....
