Democracy provides a method to deal with differences and conflicts.
The above statement can be explained by the following reasons:-
1) People belongs to different caste and religion.
2) They look at the world very differently. and have preferences.
3) Democracy provides the only peaceful solution to the problem.
4) In democracy no one is a permanent winner and no one is a permanent looser. Different groups can live with each other peacefully.
5)In a diverse country like India .democracy keeps us together. This means that it respect people's wishes & allows different people to live together.
6) Power sharing makes the govt to listen every one's view.
7) Right to suffrage(vote) gives us to represent over views.
