hlo frnd..... democratic government is more accountable form of government because the Minister who runs the government accountable to the Parliament. the MPs have right to debate and criticize the government policy and the right to question Minister about the action of the government if the Minister failed to satisfy the MPs with their answer the Lok Sabha may pass for vote of no confidence against the Minister the government has to resign
