Steps to create a Simple Stretcher:

1. Look for wide wool blanket or tarp.
2. Get two rods of the length of the tarp
3. Place the two rods on the two side of the tarp and roll the tarp over the rods so as to bind the rods with the tarp.
4. Make it a bit sturdy with the help of duct tape.
5. Your stretcher is ready to use.


Steps to securely apply a roller bandage:

1.       Bandage the part of the patient in the position of his greatest comfort.

2.       Before applying the bandage do provide adequate support.

3.       Hold the head of the bandage tightly on the top and try to wrap the tail around the body part.

4.       Try to cover the dressing part completely.

5.       Finish with a straight turn to lock the dressing.

Secure the bandage with the help of safety pin or some adhesive tape.
