Nail B have higher electromagnetic power because the number of turns is directly proportional to the electromagnetic force. Is that when we increase e the numbers of turns the electromagnetic force also increases.

In case 2

Coil around Nail B because the electromagnetic force is greater as we increase potential difference and flow current.

In case 3

B has a higher electromagnetic force because the pencil is an insulator which does not show any magnetic property as it does not conduct electricity.
